用户发现其名下ECS Linux服务器无法远程。使用【管理终端】连接服务器，可看到系统启动时，出现错误信息，如下所示：

　　udevd[462]: specified user 'vcsa' unknown

　　......

　　telinit: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy bloked the reply , the rinit: rcS post-stop press (870) terminated with status 1

　　该问题一般是由于Linux账户管理系统文件"/etc/passwd"文件被清空等异常所导致。

　　可以提交工单，让售后工程师通过恢复"/etc/passwd"尝试解决。
