关于RDS SQL Server2008报错: The Changes you have made require the following table的情况简介

　　在Mssql中执行修改表结构，保存报错，如下图所示：

　　原因可能是Mssql开启了 ：Prevent saving changes that require the table re-creation

　　解决办法可以按下述操作，取消：Tools->Options->Designers->Table options->Prevent saving changes that require the table re-creation。具体如下图所示：
